Hello, I've been to japan about 10 times and still love the culture, food, onsen and the train system.
I live in a very quiet area. If you love shopping, it is the wrong place. I'm in France for over 30 years already.
If you are more into hiking, nature, healthy food, no smoking, etc, this could be for you :-)
